There is no federal law prohibiting prostitution which is one of the few rights they still leave t the states......that is until you cross state lines and then the feds have some laws pertaining to prostitution.
I am all for sex workers to be able to perform legally.
I am glad that Texas is a right to work state so there will always be non-union providers. I would not like being told that the girls with seniority have the first right of refusal.
