P4 changes coming in 2019

Glad yo see eccie back online, I let my P411 account expire because I was afraid that they would start excluding people in the US. Said goodbye to 18 okays.

I can certainly live with the changes, its good to see the community back together again

1.Providers can no longer advertise
2.Clients can no longer search for companions and request appointments.
