The reason that congress has such a low approval rating is because they are so dysfunctional. That’s because they don’t care about getting anything done but only care about winning.

We the people need to get them to change the paradigm. Winning should be about getting something done and not about making the other side lose. You should be aware of the lawsuits because they tend to indicate lawlessness on the part of the executive branch. The fact that you don't care means you have authoritarian tendencies. Something that I disagree with.
