I don't know about the rest of you, but after about 30-seconds I got that Universal Scare Message about you having to send money to get your computer unlocked...yes, my computer locked up and I had to do a reboot to clear it.

Maybe it was just me...

I have a set of medical sounds which I love to use, but I sterilize them and give a little nursie lecture on safe play as I am doing so. I love to go over the risks as I am prepping the "patient". Watching their reaction is priceless!!
