Umm ok
Biden still has not been charged with a thing. Some forget...innocent until proven guilty.
Skip the whole due process of law? Some folks are more than happy to ignore the rule of law, and oh boy, is it telling. A pervasive theme with them. Things like rules, decorum, laws, due process... only necessary when their agenda calls for it, and completely meaningless when it doesn't.
So cnn and nbc are courts of law? Banana Republic supporters show themselves easily. Originally Posted by winn dixie

It has been proven that Senile Biden's family is corrupt and guilty.
Corruption and money laundering charges.

The right of every American citizen to due process under the law is fundamental. If you take that away from trump (under flimsy legal theories about the 14th Amendment), you open a Pandora's Box that will enable bad actors in future to strip ANYONE of their due process rights. Aren't you the guy who was eager & determined to strip Trump of all due process rights by proclaiming him guilty of "insurrection" under the 14th Amendment?
Oh dear! You were! Now you're on the opposite side of the argument, aintcha! You're suddenly standing up for due process rights "when your agenda calls for it", aintcha!
Please see my quote below. I had to school you on the importance of due process for all. Remember? So tell us, tommy - were you wrong back then to deny Trump his due process rights? Or are you wrong now to assert them for Biden? Can't have it both ways! Originally Posted by lustylad
