And how often in encounter reports for providers do you read that the pics are old, the provider is older or weighs more then their pics, the pics are retouched etc ?
Or, that they were late, ghosted , or just plain ripped off ?

With my glasses off I can't see them that well anyway so, tactile sensation along with service level and budget are more important.
