What’s with the “Please Delete Account” requests?

As the world turns..... Will wile coyote request his account to be disabled ? Or will he continue his assault against our esteemed admins and mods? This maybe should be a poll?

You can go 50+ pages back and all the accounts that request to be deactivated are still visible as ever.
