Thx Beau - If the TCOB factor is lacking it speaks volumes but after a lot of back and forth with this lady with decent comm when it comes time major failure so marked her as an also ran !

I agree SS.

TCB is a huge factor and I appreciate all the good providers who are prompt.

I have a lot of tolerance for late excuses as long as the communication lines are open.

Lack of communication sucks, man. Especially if the time and date has been established, but the provider suddenly vanishes on the day of the appointment, with no notice on whether or not said appointment is still available or canceled.

In this case it was set the night before with confirmation to happen at 9 am the next day for an 11 am appt - 1045 i get the sorry i slept on my phone message

Updates are good if either party is running late. "I over slept".....ummm not an option
