Which list are you on?

Ok there's a problem with one of the votes, if only board members can vote, and, being a board member auto puts you onto a naughty list, where did that good vote come from? Thus, just by voting good auto puts you on the naughty list.
Next time I do a poll, it will have names, so we actually know who gets a spank.
