We just got into oil war against Saudi by buying oil to fill up reserve to raise price. Saudi will hammer down on Russia and US. I don’t know what will happen but my guess is that this is BAD on our economy and stock market. We should never joined oil war with Russia against Saudi.

If you can believe the latest Chinese numbers (and there is nothing that really says we should, but let’s assume they are reporting accurately) their new cases are now stabilized, not growing, and the W.H.O. has named Europe as the new epicenter of Covid-19. So to me I think 3-4 months seems more realistic for it to be over, rather than a year.

I hope I am right and you are wrong.

Two things that worry me most right now:
1. For it to start being a real pandemic in South America & Africa, especially Africa because of their poverty and corrupt governments.

2. The cause of this novel coronavirus, they are guessing it is bats, and the bats aren’t going to go away...Influenza has never gone away, will this be a norm in the future we will always have this to worry about?...I have always remembered the words of my high school Calculus teacher’s saying, “Knowing the problem, is half the solution.”

It definitely will last several weeks to couple months seeing it just made USA and was in China and surrounding 3 mos before we actually all found out about it here recently. Yeah... but there is a reason to mention that it was the ChiComs in that Wuhan is ground zero.... not 1600 Pennsylvania Ave. Additionally, they first knew about it in December but didn't do a damn thing until the end of Jan after Chinese New Year started. And when they did take action they telegraphed it allowing tens of thousands of potential infected to flee Wuhan before quarantining it.
