Thank you to whomever got rid of the mobile version. It would have been ok if it had the same features as the full version like seeing new posts. I'm for trying new things and improving a product but this site is already great. If it ain't broke don't fix it.

It would have been okay - but the button to take you to the full site just took me right back to the mobile site...
Then I had the same problem that SillyGirl did, had to remove the battery and reboot phone to get the browser back...
The other option for SillyGirl is as follows:
From the home screen press menu and select settings.
If there is no option for settings please go to your app drawer (where all the apps are) and select settings
Inside settings locate "applications" and select it.
If you have downloaded and use a different browser (skyfire, dolphin, opera, firefox) please follow these steps:
A.)up at the top ensure "downloaded" is selected.
B.) Select the app (dolphin, opera, etc) and select force close
C.) Select clear cache
D.) Press the home button and attempt to launch the app (you should now be able to load your homepage)

If you use the browser that came on the device please perform the following:
A.) Press "all" at the top
B.) Find and select "browser" and press force close (force stop)
C.) Press "clear cache"
D.) Press the home button and launch the browser. You should now load your homepage.

If, after all of that is done and the issue persists, power off and remove the battery as previously suggested.

Perhaps if they used Tapatalk instead of trying to engineer their own mobile version of the site, it would work a lot better.

Many of the other forums I frequent use Tapatalk (it excels with vBulletin software), which is a downloadable app on your phone. The standard version of ECCIE would still be available through your browser.

Just pick which one you want on your mobile.
