Site owner had posted that site was still being targeted by attacks.

Yes someone is targeting them.
Once a site certificate is trashed, it takes a few days to get another.
And then if the azzhat does it again, well...

It's still down. Oh2 runs an antiquated system . With the MANY enemies that site has made . It's no wonder it gets attacked so easily and frequently.
