Recently I have had more requests for 2 hour appointments then I have had for 1 hour appointments and was thinking of changing to a 2 hour minimum. I wanted to get your thoughts on 2 hour minimum appointments.
Are 2 hour minimums something you guys are okay with?

I would consider it an honor that you're attracting the type of clientele that's willing to book more time with you.
Your decision to do this shouldn't be based on what anyone feels but you. Or it should be a business decision based on how things are going. The only reason I would raise my hourly minimum or my rates is if I'm too busy. When I didn't have a permanent incall, I had a 2 hour minimum since I had to procure accommodations, and I gave a break on the outcall. Now that I have an incall, I can be less strict about one hour appointments.
You can also base it on your lifestyle. I don't have a problem with 30 minute appointments, but I don't do them because I don't have the time to do enough of them for it to be considered a productive use of my time. In the end, you do what's best for you. If someone won't see you because of your time requirements, it's their loss.
