Do a google for literature wall rack, what I saw was thinner and had full covers so design modifications needed. A decent finish carpenter or plastics laminator should be able to do something. These really need to have full covers cause in todays world, basic air exposure will discolor the covers after a while. As a comparable, I have large pictures in decent frames under glass that are in excellent shape even after a hundred years.

That said, you could just picture frame them all. The question is how often you'd want to pull them out to read the articles.

I'd go with celebrity covers...the ones with people we DIDN'T expect to be on the cover
