Or edit to type in something other than "yes" or "no". Sometimes the answer really isn't that simple.
The only NO I've given in a review was because the lady said that something we had already agreed on wasn't on the menu. I was like WTF?? We talked about this shit in PMs??
I didn't beat her up in the review. I left happy for the most part, except for the finish. But I did give her the NO.

Do you recommend a waiter at a restaurant? Only if they do something amazing. If they brought your order to you correctly and kept your drink full, you give them a tip. You wouldn't necessarily tell your friend to request that waiter.
I think the "yes" is way over used and again, appear on reviews that the ROS's are riddled with reasons to not recommended the provider.
