For those that care about what was actually done, Tarrant County has required that any business providing in-person services or close contact, has to require that all customers and employees wear a mask. The businesses are required to deny service to any customer not wearing a mask. If code enforcement finds that the business is not requiring customers and employees to wear a mask, the business can be charged $1,000 per instance. This is clever because the governor has said citizens are not required to wear masks. But because businesses are private property, they can require them.
