If, sorry, when the Republicans take back the House and Senate, then they will be judged by what they do. That is the unknown for me and they could easily fuck up enough in 2 years and put Democrats back in the hunt.

Some ( right here ) thought he was more Democrat than Republican. Obviously ( to me ) he lost some independents and more Democrats came out to vote against him than ever before. Anybody that loses an election obviously has baggage. Doesn't mean he can't win.

Now it looks to me like Republican policies are getting a second look compared to Progressive policies which are discouraging Democrats and encouraging independents. Those are facts backed by polling.
