With an epic battle (or slaughter) looming on the horizon at Winterfell it's hard to imagine many make it out alive...Arya included.
don't know about shooting yourself, but the GOT being connected to climate change is a stupid theory.

haven't watched the series, but its prophesied that a young queen would take Cersei's place (who is the current queen).
she may be a bitch, but she's actually less blood thirsty than the others. go figure. Originally Posted by dilbert firestorm

The Mad King's (Aerys II) first born (son) was Rhaegar Targaryen....who, as we all know, went on to secretly marry Lyanna Stark (after having his first marriage to Elia (Martell) annulled.
Hence....his son....given birth name, *Aegon Targaryen...known to GOT followers as Jon Snow, is the rightful heir to the throne....not Aunt Dany.
*This is confusing to fans (as it should be). Rhaegar had already fathered a son (with Elia) and had named him Aegon, as well (and was still alive when Lyanna birthed "Jon Snow"). Guess we'll have to ask Martin why he penned this as so.....
That said....back to this season's upcoming episodes...it's unclear as to how Jon breaks the news to "his queen" (Dany) that he is actually "the man"....not her.
Ever since Dany's brother, Viserys, died (with a "crown of gold") at the hands of Kal Drogo (and his demise came later, as well) she's been on an Iron Throne Quest. To simply hand it over to Jon might drive her "mad"....just as her own power-lustful father was. Originally Posted by Chateau Becot

Martin has said that he regrets not finishing the 7th & 8th books of the series on time. as it is, he's still working on it. so the books outcome and plot line is going to be different from the series. Originally Posted by dilbert firestorm
