You are not being politically correct....it is "Climate Change".

Global Warming got a bad rap....and cannot be held responsible for those major-league Polar Bombs during the month of April. And Global Warming cannot explain an increase (in mass/ density) of the ice shelf in the Antarctic.

haven't watched the series, but have read some of the spoilers and comments from the articles covering the Game of Thrones.

Bran Stark's ability to "worg" might come in handy once the fighting begins. Not sure how or what he can do but you'd hate to see that particular talent go for naught when it's needed the most. Originally Posted by Chateau Becot

Not sure how Arya's assassin skills will play into this. I thought originally she'd find her way to King's Landing and assume the identity of Qyburn (Cercei's "current" Hand of the Queen and Maester). No doubt Arya would love an opportunity to slay the woman who gave birth to the bastard son who condemned her own father to death. With an epic battle (or slaughter) looming on the horizon at Winterfell it's hard to imagine many make it out alive...Arya included.

I think Arya will be the one who kills the night king. she has some sort of weapon (composed of valerian steel or dragon glass) being developed for her.

Too bad one of Danny's Dragons wan't a female.

She could have bred herself an entire Airforce. Originally Posted by Jackie S

Daenarys

haven't watched the series, but its prophesied that a young queen would take Cersei's place (who is the current queen).

she may be a bitch, but she's actually less blood thirsty than the others. go figure. Originally Posted by dilbert firestorm

it'll be Daenarys and Jon. not sure how this plays out since Jon finds out that he is the son of a Targ king and the fact that she had his adopted father and brother killed for refusing to bow before her.

It was Sam that found out his brother and father were executed. He is a Farley.
Actually, Barley.....Sam's family is House Tarly.

House Farley, on the other hand, went on to become well known for it's humor and dance skills....

Not sure if anyone's interested....but a family tree of House Targaryen is somewhat interesting to GOT buffs...…

ah well.

looks like the order of succession is that Daenerys is first then Jon being 2nd assuming the male lineage isn't followed.

don't know about the others, (some of whom I'm sure are dead).

Hence....his son....given birth name, *Aegon Targaryen...known to GOT followers as Jon Snow, is the rightful heir to the throne....not Aunt Dany.

*This is confusing to fans (as it should be). Rhaegar had already fathered a son (with Elia) and had named him Aegon, as well (and was still alive when Lyanna birthed "Jon Snow"). Guess we'll have to ask Martin why he penned this as so.....

That said....back to this season's upcoming episodes...it's unclear as to how Jon breaks the news to "his queen" (Dany) that he is actually "the man"....not her.

Ever since Dany's brother, Viserys, died (with a "crown of gold") at the hands of Kal Drogo (and his demise came later, as well) she's been on an Iron Throne Quest. To simply hand it over to Jon might drive her "mad"....just as her own power-lustful father was.

As he turns 71 later this year.....I fear if he does not put the finishing touches on things (soon) this could go south. 'Course....the fact he still has "unfinished work" may be the very thing keeping him going. With a net worth of $50-$60 million, Martin's certainly no longer writing simply "to pay the bills".....
