Michael Vick got a monster contract two years ago and just had to renegotiate to stay on the team. Is Flacco's contract guaranteed? IMO he's a tier 2 QB. Travis Smith did come on this season and Flacco hit him with extremely accurate long passes.

Like Jerry Jones, this GM is going to destroy his salary cap trying to keep a few excellent players but not be able to keep up the replacement rate quality.
