An occasional "no" will not hurt your business. Lashing out after a no instead of accepting the L and moving on... will always do more harm.
I question how Ms. Green knows the contents of the review. Her comments suggest she read it in its entirety: the public version makes a critique of the kissing and the picture accuracy; the rest is PA.
