I hope that works for you Sarah. I need something like that for my shoulder.

Tell the doctor you got a free lawn mower! Tennis elbow can be caused by lots of things other than tennis, but yours is the most worthy cause I've heard of .

I think it will help, but you have to do it RELIGIOUSLY. I did it a few times here and there and made no progress. Once I started doing it every day, 3 times a day, 15 repetitions each time, it started to help.

I also found it a little painful at first, and that pain can make you slack off. But if you keep at it, the pain will go away, and I actually found it soothing within a few days. One more word of advice that I should have mentioned before you ordered, and that is start with the light one (or extra light), and after a few weeks, move up to the next size. I started with light (the red one) and moved up to the medium (the green one), and that was all that I needed, but depending on your body, you might need to move on again to the next heavier one. You'll know when it's time to move up.

THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU!

I know it is tennis elbow but all the doctors want to operate and lengthen the tendons and muscles. I haven't been able to bring myself to tell him what caused it. I blamed it on doing massages. LOL

I ordered one just now and will let you know how it works out.

XOXOX

Regarding seeing a doctor, you could always tell the doctor your boyfriend really likes manual stimulation.

I suspect there are many treatment options that would be exhausted before any discussion of surgery.
