How do newbies get appointments?

Been here since aspd days. I post, but don't review (for my own reasons). While I have seen many eccie ladies over the years, very rarely will one accept a request from me through this site. I suppose p411 might be good, but you gotta give them personal info. I did that with private collections a long time ago, but it made me nervous.
