I've never really thought the traffic was that bad up here, compared to the rest of Htown as I've driven around it.

That is in my neck of the woods, I would be all for it.
Yes 45S traffic can be bad but I think it's because of the construction at Dixie Farm.
Of course, it gets worse again near Baybrook, but I don't usually go down that far.
Anyway, I think it's a great idea.

IMO, I think SE would boom for an agency. The traffic in that area is nothing like SW and Woodlands at peak times, hell some days those areas backup most of the day. Remember SE covers an area with alot of disposable income with multiple roads in and out of it; 45, bw8, 225, 288, 610 all will get you in and out depending on where you are coming from within the metro area. Key word there "within", don't forget some of us live/work outside the "loops". A good location with real talent will work.
