TER and P411 we know are used by LE, although not as much as BP. In the many stings in Phoenix, TER reviews have been seen in police cars after arrests. Reviews and ads are frequently used as a basis for grand jury indictments (I've read many probably cause statements)
Most of the local run sites have shut down with the Az law that cam make website owners "sex traffickers" like FBI has named P411.
The remaining active national sites are great for LE to use, give fake references and use reviews to get plea deals.
All escort ads in Arizona have to include their escort license ID, and escort have to carry with them their escort ID. Escorts are required to keep a detailed log of each customer, their address and exactly what they did. Nothing sexual of course Records have to be open for LE inspection during business hours. Scottsdale has been the most aggressive in enforcement, and it is a mandatory 15 days in jail on the first offense same as prostitution.
If you have a helper taking calls, a driver, etc. than you face decades in prison as a criminal enterprise. Am following zillions of felony cases in Superior Court. After a few years of pending felony charges, most take a plea deal for probation instead of prison.
The almost five years ago SWAT raid on the Phoenix Temple with 39 arrests is STILL in Court. Even with no direct evidence of prostitution wonderful women have been given "Donald Advisements" by the judge of up to 40 years in prison due to mere association unless the take a plea. I attend and report on each hearing.
There are huge grants now coming to LE as in other cities to stamp out consenting adult sexwork as "sex trafficking" for anyone who encourages or assists.
Our only hope is the Declaratory Action lawsuit by ERSEP in Federal District Court which in my view has the best that I have ever seen challenge to prostitution law. Mostly likely it will wind up at the 9th Circuit.

As CC said, many providers live and work in AZ, as they do everywhere else in the country. Use your common sense, screen well, and remember there is
no site or screening method that offers 100% protection. However, the more you do to mitigate the risk, the better.
Az is gorgeous! Stay safe out there.
Always,
