Well if you know for sure about their spas having cameras recording plates or they have someone taking photos... then best thing to do and its not difficult.. get some sheet metal, have it cut to the same shape/size of a license plate with the holes drilled. paint it black as the reflective paint for the reflective plates is more $$ the stencil in a bogus plate # like or "1234-KGE" which is incorrect as Texas plates go letters first, then numbers.

Just remember to remove them after you leave the spa.. like drive down to the nearest strip center parking lot, hop out and remove the front and back plate to reveal your real plate then toss em in the trunk.
