The problem with many who want msog is they want that second bell when there is only a couple of minutes left on the clock.

I can see a provider not wanting to do that unless they see maybe one or two clients a day and, most importantly, they do not mind going over by 15 minutes or so, then he can get that second pop, but if she simply wants to go only as long as the client pays for, then denying a second pop during that situation is fine and should not be held against her; If she does allow a second pop and the time does run over, she should get an additional tip. When that first pop comes 20-30 minutes into the session and the provider decides to get up, get dressed and tell the client the session is over, she is totally in the wrong and if the client writes a review of the experience, it should be worded to that effect and the recommendation be a "No" with that review pinned in the said provider review count.
