IMO IF they want him hired, why don't they all pool their dosh and hire him themselves..

Its not "so many people" its small groups of people with cameras pointed at them. Kap was on the bench, now he's on the street. He is not the only guy in that situation. If I owned a team I would not hire him for anything. He had his day, his day is done. Try arena football, he may get to start.
