Should have explained better. All of these points are correct. The Romans and a few Jewish leaders that were threatened by Our Lord Jesus Christs' presence conspired and executed Jesus. Jesus forgave and gave his life for us! Judas betrayal led to his death. It wasn't Jews or the Romans that killed Jesus. It was petty jealous greed and their need to dictate and stay in power. Romans didn't give a 2 shits about prophets doing their proselytizing. lots of them plying that trade.
so, the jewish people were mis-informed of the actual facts of the matter.
Romans were the willing executors to make the "problem" go away for the good of the empire and of course get Jewish peace in the process.
