There are no moderates in the current Democratic primary.

After all, a constitution has to reflect the current reality, was made by old racist white men, and words be "redefined". It is important that Judges of a good personal "progressive" agenda, and that they use their position to impose that on the country. In reality, the constitution is really just a tool for framing a discussion, and punishing your opponents.

And there are those that will impose it by fascist means(at the tip of the barrel, with "re-education, using the powers of the fbi, cia, dea, irs, epa, bia, et.al. to "clean up this country"). It's not his fault. He's just old and that's life. Some people are still sharp at 77 years old; Biden clearly is not. He's still sharp enough to do other things in life, but definitely not enough to be the most powerful man in the world IMO.
