I think a lot of providers don't have the inclination. Photos you can do by yourself using a cell phone and a mirror. Good quality videos are a bit more complicated without a camera man to film them, and if you want to lure customers with decent content you'll probably need some technical skill or production work. I think a lot of girls feel there is greater risk of exposing their real identity, and don't want videos hanging around the internet forever. I've never requested an appointment based on a video compared to photos, and a lot of providers probably know the logic. Just my 2 cents.
