I have a feeling looking at ads is going to be way more fun for you guys = )
I was here when it became "not all right" and I'm curious. What changed and why is it now allowed? Originally Posted by Dharma

Well, it is nice to be back as it should be. I expect there will be no explanation. Originally Posted by rylstone

Great to have this information once more available to the consumer.

Speaking of information, I see that several ladies are still stating "Specials!!!!" in their ads, but aren't listing a number (instead continuing with the "Call me for specials" line). Put the number out there ladies. If not in the ad, then in the showcase (or, failing that, in a website with a hyperlink). It's a red flag to me and many other hobbyisits when you announce specials but refuse to commit to a number in writing. We've just seen too many instances where ladies have advertised specials only to find the rate the same once we call (or, worse yet, some ridiculous story that the standard rate has been raised so the new "special" rate is the same as the old standard rate -- pretty common pimp trick). If you're worried about guys trying to tie you down to the number in the ad even after the special has expired, then put it in your showcase which can be edited at anytime without leaving any trace of the "special" rate.

Just my opinion. Worth what you paid for it. But make no mistake: Many of us will NOT call for specials. There's a place to list specials, either in your ad or your showcase. PLEASE utilize that space. Thanks in advance.
