The only places more expensive than Austin would be California, New York City, and Miami. I've traveled quite a bit around the United States and I've taken shits in parking lots every from Seattle to Baltimore. Originally Posted by Humpty Dumpty

There are many more places that are comparable to Austin. The first three of those significantly more expensive.

Odd, in your list Miami is one of the places I find LESS expensive, unless you want the upper end South Beach kind of ladies.

I'd couple the "safe space" info given here with the services of a Rental Finder outfit. They get paid by the rental complex so no fee is involved. I actually got a minor discount for my first year rent as well.

Like Chicken Soup, it couldn't hurt!

Yeah.. given that I'll be a little over an hour away while I'm trying to look for a place.. I may seek out an apartment finder to make things easier.

Apartment finder? Why pay someone to sell you something that everyone wants to buy? Part of what makes Austin so expensive is all these middlemen. All you need is an owner. I always rent directly from owners.

Austin is outrageously expensive. I would've loved to have stayed there, but I moved back to Ohio. Anyway, the best indictor of how good a neighborhood is can be judged by the amounts of white people. Can you think of any high crime white neighborhoods in Austin? I sure can't!

Again....the best places in Austin to live for anyone who makes less than 200000 a year would be ridge top, north loop, Hyde Park, nw Austin near Burnet lane. I lived near airport and 51st and loved it.
If I was a millionaire I would live somewhere in the hilly areas in th far Northwest area.

West Parmer... Quick commute and low-ish rent

Why pay someone? Well, because for a person like me, my time is just as valuable as money-- why not throw someone a bone to save me a few hours? Totally worth it in my book.

Want to see a white neighborhood with a lot of crime? You're in Ohio, there are a ton of trailer parks that fit the bill.

West Parmer is worth some checking out. Its fairly close to where my work will be.

Well, by utilizing the services of an apartment locator, you are contributing to overinflation.

Here's what I recommend from my personal experience.
1. Drive around the area I mentioned and look around. It's worth your time to familiarize yourself with the area you plan to live.
2. Zillow. Great website. Great search parameters and notifications.
3. Craigslist is absolutely worthless. People looking for roommates are always posting in the wrong section.

What is it with anti-whites and their obsession with trailer parks? The worst trailer park can't compare to any black ghetto. It's not even close. Here in Ohio, as well as everywhere else, the best indicator of how bad crime is would be the amount of non whites.

Now find a good place near Burnet Rd, airport Blvd, or north loop.

I've lived in Ohio on and off my entire adult life. Thanks to the abundance of a certain non-mentionable substance in Ohio, the racial makeup of a neighborhood isn't nearly as important as the overall socio-economic makeup of a neighborhood.

Example-- I'd be more comfortable living in Evanston/Avondale (Cincinnati neighborhood) than I would be living in Hamilton. But by your logic, I should be "safer" in Hamilton.

What drives inflation for housing would be desirability-- Example, you can live cheaply in Ohio because who the fuck wants to live in Ohio??

Socio-economics, unmentionable party supplies, and racial demographics.....well if, you have certain races of people in a neighborhood, you can expect unmentionable party supplies, high crime and squalor. Where white people are, you can usually expect nice homes and nice schools.

I wouldn't recommend anywhere in which English is a second language. Those apartments are filled with bedbugs and roaches. Apparently that's normal in Mexico. I don't recommend any of those big megaplexes like Camden(5000 north Lamar) which have zero privacy.

I recommend a small house or perhaps a smaller apartment complex, no bigger than eight units. I recommend the 900 to 1200 block of east 51st. I also recommend west Anderson lane or far west boulevard.

Did everyone miss the part about it being FREE?

RE: Ohio - Spent most of my life there. Mistake on the Lake, CumBloUs, DateOn and Porkopolis. Drugs and stupidity aren't confined to neighborhoods anymore.

Humpty)I guess you didn't catch her trailer park statement,Huh?

Raggedy homes, unmentionable party supplies, and talk about crime..Chile please! Sounds like you're trying to take a dig at different races that arent white!

Where I grew up, my parents called it mixed neighborhood, not white.

I went to Wells Branch Elementary, and McNeil High.. Mix not white, as you would call it..

I'm not about to agrue with anyone that takes shits in parking lots..(Something ain't right with you) Good up bringing on my parent part, I guess. They taught me better then that..

Too much of anything is bad, ijs.

Last note: Give her back her thread, you're just adding negative energy to it, while trying to take digs at other races... Thats why you kept bring up the "White neighborhoods" numerous times.
