Anon's Lunch Counter: What are you having for lunch today?

Pretty much an everyday hankerin' for me!!
Being on the road most of the time; I would just enjoy a real home-cooked meal, not a restaurant for a change! Might be time to drag out the smoker and get a brisket.

My lunch is usually my breakfast and lunch combined...sometimes, it's b-l-and dinner too all at once if I don't get a chance to eat until 6 or 7pm. Today it's just B & L and it's on the road and my guess is, a chicken salad sandwich from the gas station's deli section w/a pint of milk and something tasty-fun for dessert.
