reading this stuff ....Doove, I agree. But I think the truth is just not for everyone - here, or otherwise. Do we want a Provider's unfettered feedback? - stripped of the bow & wrapping paper? Isn't that a key component in service provision? idk, maybe not. But you're right Doove...it sure would make for interesting reading.
