I've used them from time to time. They are a nice addition. Most of the stores around here sell cheap ones. Either get an adjustable one, or buy a package with different sizes. It's important to get a fair amount of pressure to trap the blood. They will keep you a bit harder than normal. To avoid damage, do not leave them on for a prolonged time and put them around the base of the cock only. DO NOT put them around the base of your balls or over your cock and balls. The balls should not be restricted.

Oh they are cool. I've got a f/b who has one that is a locking cockring. It's got leather straps that go under your sac and fasten together with a mini pad lock. The ring is steel. He was affraid of the steel ones at first too, but not anymore. He loves the damn thing. I will go over in the mornings put it on him, lock him in it and leave with the keys. Come back later in the evening after he finishes with his work and play for awhile then unlock him.
