LA is a city that has been run by Democrats for a generation—now you can see what will happen to the nation after Obama/Reid/Pelosi/Clinton are finished......

There's not one thing in that silly report that the people in Los Angeles haven't been carping about since Tom Bradley was mayor....if traffic problems are indicative of failed political policies, there are a lot of Republican-run cities that are in trouble.
