OMG all the male consultants expounding their views about a market they know not. They are fish out of water. All they know is what they themselves expect, or desire. Typical of the untrained pros in the art of "giving advice". These guys have no clue what this industry faces the Provider. The OP does. She asked the questions. No helpful advice from the hobbyist. Understandable. The Op is pulling you dumb asses legs.

I cannot offer advice except " understand and choose your market that serves you best." then the most important executive actions: service, service, service.

*I think "Young Tatted Up Mixed Breed" looks like an excellent source for wisdom and encouragment*
I'd for sure give HoneyDavis a freebie!

If I suspected my John to be undercover I would pretend to become ill, stomache problem, and politely request that they leave.

All sessions would begin with some form of ginger ale/grape juice that I just happen to drink too much of and find my companion delicious that I just want to be ravished.

I would work off referral only (hobbyist or provider).

I think I would try to imitate Z's low key ness.
Never use "relaxed screening" because I needed the money.
Theyd require payment and a sandwich.
Probaly consistent morning freebies. Lol.
Guys get screwed at work all day long in most jobs. There are entire bookstores worth of advice on how to manage your career so you get screwed less and take home more. Many fail at moving up the ladder and end up suffering from stress related illnesses or self medicating with alcohol or similar substances. The lucky and smart ones acquire sought after skills and gain some leverage over their careers. Taking the jobs they want, turning away the ones they don't. Always being willing to walk if a job demands too much of them or turns sour. Trying to work out unfair/illegal treatment through the company channels when possible, but willing to call the authorities when a boss or client pushes them too far.

In short, a lot like how the best providers run their businesses.

Things I would do if I took up a job in sexwork? First stop would be the private investigator certificate program hosted by the University of Dallas, in Irving near the former site of Texas stadium.

http://certificate.pdi.org/private_investigation.html

Why would I become a PI? Three reasons. First, it's s self employed career with flexible hours and locations. Second, the certificate allows you access to semi public databases of criminal records, license plates, arrest records and police reports. This allows for better screening. Thirdly, the training teaches you police investigative methods, which you can use to keep off le radar. If you know what they watch for, you know what not to do.

That would inform the rest of my decisions, as well as give me solid money making skills outside this realm. Getting caught would cause the license to be revoked, so gotta be careful. Originally Posted by dmcleod

Heard a radio interview with the founders of this private investigator program a few years ago. Found it on a podcast archive site. http://castroller.com/podcasts/Keras...odcast/1553135

Very interesting. Most of the work these days is working from home and done by researching various databases(and Facebook, man some criminals are dumb). You also have to put yourself out there and advertise so people hire you to find their missing loved one, some estranged heir to an estate, or the occasional cheating spouse.

Were I a provider, clearly I wouldn't work the latter types of cases. Don't fish out of the company pool and all that.
would love to answer this honestly but really dont need the blowback
Did anyone else find it odd that the OP's questions were all really specific to logistics questions that would be very hard for an outsider to answer? What would I do if I thought a guy was LE? -- Holy shit, I have no idea. Why is a guy in my house to start with?!?!

Seriously though, on the LE side, I'd excuse myself and go to the bathroom to think about how I screened him -- and what holes there might be in my screening. Kinda of a "am I paranoid or is it possible he isn't ligit." After I've identified the holes, work up a quick plan to plug the holes. Then I'd politely go back and give him his money back, a simple "there must have been a misunderstanding, this kind of gift was unplanned and completely unnecessary." Be very nice and VERY firm that he take it back before proceeding. Then I'd just drop into honest mode, explain my concern and work through my plan of how to plug my screening holes ("I just need to see your DL to see that you really are Bill and your birthday is 17-April.") No, he's not going to like it. But it beats the shit out of jail.

The real critical part though is to follow up with implementing better screening. Do that once a year and *maybe* the reviewers won't peg you as paranoid. Do it once a month and you're going to see things get very hard for you.

But as some already said, I know jack shit about this business. You probably can't leave a client alone unsupervised either so part one of my plan is shit, much less the rest of it!

Again, I can tell you what it's like from my perspective -- I can't tell you what it's really like from yours.

Things I would easily do that I find it odd aren't done more often? If things are really slow, I'd offer for the client to come 30mins early to have a drink and relax. Fuck, if you're sitting at your incall answering emails anyway, why not offer your free time as an act of good will? Also, at the end of the date, after I've just pretended he's Adonis and I might leave everything behind for him, I'd tell him... "Hey, I enjoyed our session and I'd like to stay in touch. Would it be ok if I contacted you in the future? Are PMs, emails, texts, etc, best?" Don't push, but if he gives you the ok to contact him... wait a month and then DO IT! Nothing says happy like thinking a woman digs me.

Oh and there's a slick chick in Austin (well, she was there last year) that specializes in FBSM that makes it super-easy to schedule via a phone app once your approved and have seen her before. Impressed the shit out of me. Absolutely no drama, waiting for a call back, is she available at all, BS!
