We actually had a thread on this a couple of months ago and it really is not all that complicated. The average temperature of the earth has been fluctuating for centuries and will continue to do so. As i posted then, our temp is actually lower than it was twenty-five years ago or seven centuries ago or thirty-one centuries ago.
