it's not just the Supreme Court that was a concern against Clinton for packing with uber liberals it's also the circuit and federal courts. while judges should not legislate from the bench to begin with, if they are going to, i'd prefer they did so from a conservative point of view.


in this way one of Trump's legacies will be the federal judiciary for decades to come.
