I know a few providers who have told me that they have seen LE BCD they just make sure that it is not in the LE jurisdiction and never an outcall. You need to pick the place if you are going to consider it. If he is Harris County make sure you go to another county.

RaMan is right. Do it away from his jurisdiction. Never mention money or activities. Make sure you don't touch the package until after he is gone! He won't short you because you know he is a sheriff!
