I rarely visit the grocery store anymore, but inevitably when I do there is some obese lady whipping out her food stamps. Originally Posted by nwarounder

The Republican's primary focus in life is based on power and wealth. Originally Posted by Fast Gunn

Keep misrepresenting what I said, Doofie. I know it makes your pitiful existence more meaningful. Enjoy your weekend!

If the requirement for voter ID, disproportionately effects certain groups, it's because they are the ones committing voter fraud.

If screening airline passengers for bombs and guns, reduces the number of Muslim passengers disproportionately, I'm ok with that.

COsFb, everything that comes out of your keyboard is bullsh*t and you know it. Posted only to stir things up as it's only purpose. *yawn* That plan (and therefore, you) is nothing but a source of a good laugh for me. Get off of the delusional diet.

True dat!

It's not a matter of need for most, it's a matter of want and gluttony. I rarely visit the grocery store anymore, but inevitably when I do there is some obese lady whipping out her food stamps. I have to shake my head in disgust, obviously she doesn't need more free food stamps if she is pushing 250. Do the people at the government agencies ever question fat people on why they need food stamps, since they obviously don't need them or they are doubling down and not feeding their children anyway? Here are some quotes and a link.

"Inactivity is a major cause of obesity in the United States. In fact, inactivity might be a far more significant factor in the development of obesity than overeating."
-The President's Council on Physical Fitness and Sports, 2004

"It is often assumed that the increase in pediatric obesity has occurred because of an increase in caloric intake. However, the data do not substantiate this."
