Why the private tags?

So ya see Private Tags are used to keep ROS, and the coed Men's Lounge private....
BUT Donkey and his BFF Copter wanna pass in sequential notes about you providers behind your back so you wont get an even worse impression of them than you already have.....but its childish
They then want to accuse others of revealing such info to providers which is baseless as usual.
I did however do some shopping for the new BFF's today and for their next sleepover found the perfect PJ's for them.

If I may, I personally agree with the OP. If someone wishes to post using private tags, who are any of us to say that they must/should make the comments public? They've clearly expressed their desire to make their comments visible to only a select group of people. They do have that right to make that choice don't they? "Calling them out" on it does wreak of snitching IMO. Oh, & there is a reason why they call it being a "snitch." Because the other "itch" had already called dibs on the "B." JS

I mean, they can either do it in the thread or go to the Men's Lounge and do it...and since I don't see anyone on here complaining about the "note passing" that occurs in the Men's Lounge I'm guessing this whole debate is really just a pissing match about who can be the bigger WK.

Whats more concerning to me, is the WK's running to providers and lying to them about what is in the private discussions/ROS to make someone else look bad like when I was recently contacted by a provider asking why I left a negative ROS when I actually hadn't...and then said "one of my regulars made it seem like it was a negative review"...you can read my reviews, I haven't written a 'no' review in a year...and even it really wasn't negative.

They are communicating outside of this forum (at least if they are smart) as part of screening especially, while most men are not. Private tags in the rest of the forum allow referencing to private areas inside the thread and to put relevant information that would normally be in private along with a thread on the topic.

There are certainly times where there ends up being a private sub-thread which is not useful and is better turned into a thread in the lounge, but as a whole I will continue to use private tags in the other forums when I feel it is appropriate.

I don't see the problem or issue with private tags anywhere on this site. Unless, of course, it's in the Men's Lounge, which is stupid.
