If you like Italian and want to treat yourself - and have leftovers for two days - try Lo Sole Mio (3001 S 32ND Ave). Oh, man.

If you like Chinese and find yourself back around Victoria's Secret, JC Mandarin is a shockingly good place. It's in the strip mall just to the east of Westroads.

J.C.Mandarin also has a second location in a stripmall on the east side of 168th just south of Center street.

For a quick and delicious Chinese, I go to Oriental Garden at 76th and Cass. For good old fashioned steak and trimmings, two "old time places are great - Johnny's at 24th and L, and Anthony's at 84th and F. Best steak, according to the survey thingy, Brother Sebastian's at 120th and Pacific. All these places are terrific and moderately priced except Oriental Garden, which is downright inexpensive.

Bon Appetite

Of course I refuse 99% of the Y's I've visited. However. OMG.

With a big G. The 1%.
