No matter what the ad said if a guy paid for 30 minutes he should get 30. Even if it is just 25 minutes of conversation and cuddling. Any provider who thinks that the wording in the ad absolves them of that responsibility is just a lousy service provider and you need to have a review that describes your experience. Maybe the provider thinks that the ad justifies the behavior but you should let all hobbyists know that this is her idea of service. No need to be rude or insulting, just state the facts and everyone makes their own decisions.
Maybe you want to drop her a message letting her know your feelings first. If you were disappointed you should let her know. Maybe it will lead to her reviewing her own policies in the future.

One thing, since so many code words and innuendos are used in the industry, is you need to find out EXACTLY what someone means when they say they're offering X, or what you're getting when you pay for Y.
