Why? The 3 different pills only allow me to get hard. They do not cause an erection. If asked, I would not lie, but i see no reason to discuss it upfront. Unless there are related health issues she neeeds to be aware of.

Now, the shots that casue a hard on with a relitive short effect life might be a different issue. Like, cut the foreplay, get to the action.
