Staff on ECCIE are only here to oversee the guidelines. If there are problems that an individual encounters, we are only here to oversee that the guidelines are followed.
Yes, we do have some special tools to help enforce these guidelines,l but it is the sincere hope of all staff members that we do not have to make use of them.
