Scenario 1 If the guy felt he was done in less time then he schedule then I don't think a refund is in order.

Scenario 2 I would say that is 50/50 on the refund. If you tried to get him up for greek and he wasn't able to perform then that is on the guy and no refund needed. He might just need to try the blue pill to help him with that problem. If no attempt was made and he paid for that extra then yeah a refund would be in order.
