I guess what is really the question is for you conservatives who so desperately want to have "rights" remain with the states- examples, abortion, voting districts, voter rights, registrations, etc., death penalties, taxation etc, but when it comes to a state saying your boy can't stay on the ballot, then it's all about the Federal Supreme Court to have the final say.....It's hypocritical at the least, and cherry picking what the states can say and do about what happens in their own backyard.
Of course- if you had a guy who wasn't so busy "criming to stay in office with fake electors, false accusations and a non-peaceful transition of power"- then perhaps this would be a mute case, but yet here we are!
look at the peaceful protest- you can tell it's a simple protest from the broken glass and smoke!
