AT&T sucks balls

The bundle is way to cheap to pass up.

I’ve been wanting to switch to cable internet but It’s like $100 for the xtra package, the premium channels and internet 25. You have to call in every year and cancel and they offer you the package again for another year to keep you around. I guess, the year they don’t offer the discount I will try something else.

Full disclosure my At&t Bill is $390 a month. Friggin insane.

That includes Uverse with HBO, Showtime, Cinamax, Starz, and Encore
Internet
Land line phone
And 1 cell phone unlimited data.

That’s more than my car payment.

With spectrum you'll be sharing your internet speed with your neighbors, fios technology is the only way to go if you're wanting the fastest internet speeds that stay steady

I have Uverse 450 (everything) with 3 receivers and 50mbps internet and pay 153 per month. I do have to call and tell them I want the same thing they offer new customers every year and they always give me that rate.

I did have charter internet for a while with a nice orange cable running thru my yard but internet was 100mbps and about $40 a month.

Wishing ATT would get fiber to my house.

Curious about IPTV...is there a specific site or link for me to look at?

Like I said before you'll get over 450 channels including all the PPV events and fights and all the premium sports channels your heart desires, they even have all the premium adults video sites. If they charge over $20 a month, you're on the wrong site.
As a shareholder of AT&T I agree it does suck balls, but they are a giant and will be for a long while

I believe there pushing people to the Direct TV side for IPTV , after buying Direct TV . They are trying to get away from U-verse.
Just a matter of time before all TV Interweb is "over the air" like cells ( some places are beta testing the mini hotspots.)

A couple of words on streaming services:

Youtube TV -- good pricing, very poor app (unstable, no guide, etc), good internet dvr.

Hulu Live TV -- same as Youtube TV with good stability and more developed app. 50 hrs of internet dvr then a charge for an increase ($15).

Ditched ATT over a year ago, better internet service from Spectrum.

Went to Hulu after 3 mos with Youtube TV and it's app issues. 1 month with Hulu and very satisfied.

I think AT&T has that "to big to fail" idealogy going. I know 4 people that are leaving them for all the same reasons so SNAFU 75 profits are going down just saying

They are going to let iptv get popular through the black market first. Then sue the users and then take it mainstream and charge the outrageous rates all over again. If you are using iptv now you better protect yourselves. If not, one day you will get the letter in the mail.

I believe slingtv is legit but their rates are no cheaper and maybe more in many cases
