In English, the name of the country is spelled Brazil, hence the correct spelling is Brazilian. In modern Portuguese it is spelled with an S.
If one is writting in English, one should spell it with a Z; or else, you better forget the word Germany, start using Deutschland, forget Belgium, use Belge, Italy-Italia, Spain-Espanha.... you get my drift...
